We believe that everyone is unique in a beautiful way. This is why all of our jewellery can be personalised in a variety of ways  to resonate with your heart.

OUR BESPOKE SERVICES

2.  A unique Mocielli piece of jewellery can be created especially for you; whether you are looking for an engagement ring, anniversary jewellery or any other unique piece that you can imagine, we can tailor our designs to create you the perfect piece.

We will draw on your vision as our inspiration; collaborating with you to transform your ideas into a bespoke piece of jewellery that you will treasure forever.

1. Each piece in the collection can also be made-to-order with alternative colour ways, size or cut of stone and preferred precious metal alloy. We will guide you through the collection and the different possibilities available. We offer a range of approaches, from fully bespoke pieces, to customised versions of existing Mocielli designs.

Our jewellery can be inscribed with a name, an important date or any other sentimental message. Our personalisation service allows you to add your own meaning to any of our jewellery pieces.

1.  BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

During our initial consultation we will discuss your design, budget, deadline and any additional queries you may have.

Nothing is more amazing than having a bespoke piece of jewellery created especially for you; taking the time to ensure that your jewellery is exactly how you envisioned is incredibly important to us. We will guide you through every step of the commissioning process to make sure you are thrilled with your Mocielli piece.

2.  DESIGN PROCESS

After the initial consultation we will send you proposed designs, including initial sketches and potential stone ideas. We can discuss designs via email, telephone or Skype, as well as meeting in person. When a final design is agreed upon we will produce a technical rendered drawing, so that you can fully understand and visualise your bespoke piece.

3. PAYMENT

For bespoke and customised orders we require a 50% deposit as confirmation of your order before production can begin. At this point you will be committed to purchase and your order cannot be cancelled. The remainder will then need to be paid in full before collection or dispatch of the order. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or bank transfer. Goods remain the property of Mocielli until paid for in full.

4. TIMELINE

Timescale varies depending on the nature of the design; from start to finish the commission process can take up to 6 weeks, so please get in touch early if you are working to a deadline.

Once a design is finalised, a tailored timeline will be given to you so that you understand the entire process and the different stages of creating a bespoke piece. Throughout the process we will continue to assess the fit, detailing and finishes, so that you are thrilled with your bespoke Mocielli piece.
