GEMSTONES AND DIAMONDS
Each stone that Mocielli uses has been chosen for its individual attributes, so the gemstones which have been used to create your jewellery piece will be unique, so may vary slightly in size/colour from images or other pieces in the collection which you may have seen in person or online.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR GEMSTONES AND DIAMONDS?
All of our gemstones and diamonds are conflict-free and supplied by our long-term trusted partners. Each stone is unique, and they all vary slightly in size and color. Only a few of our small diamonds, between 1-2mm diamonds, cannot be traced back to a specific origin. But we still ensure that they remain conflict-free, and are guaranteed to be by our suppliers.
We offer also GIA certified diamonds, so please let us know if you wish your piece to be made with GIA certified diamonds. Obtaining GIA certification in turn affects the stone price, so the final price for the finished piece of jewellery will be higher when using GIA certificated diamonds.
WHERE IS YOUR JEWELLERY MADE ?
All Mocielli jewellery pieces are handcrafted in London.
RECYCLED GOLD AND SILVER
Mocielli jewellery is mostly made from recycled gold or silver. When you order a ring made with recycled gold, you are avoiding the need to mine more gold from the ground.
Please refer to each item description to find information about the metal it is made from. If you cannot find it but you would like to know more, just email us and ask for more information, we are always happy to help.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR GOLD?
We supply gold from independent suppliers who have assured us that it has been ethically sourced and recycled. If you would like your jewellery to be made in Fairmined Gold, please email us.
All work is made from 9, 14 or 18 karat gold and has been certified in accordance with the Hallmarking Act 1973.
WHAT SIZING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer alternate standard lengths on any of our necklaces (16", 18", 20", 22" and 24"). Bracelets and rings may be customised to fit any wrist or ring size. Please email us to discuss pricing.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Mocielli jewellery can ship practically anywhere in the world with the assistance of our freight partners. If you want to know whether we ship to your country, please email us.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes; after we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number by email.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
After you place your order, we will start creating your item(s) promptly. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us immediately.
Please note that once we start production, no orders cancellations or modifications can be accepted. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you will be absolutely delighted with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively, we will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order.
Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are:

To return an item to us, please follow the below steps:
Securely package your item/s in it's original box. Please return the item to us via a secure, trackable service. You are responsible for all postage fees.
Clearly address the package to:

Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us as we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost, stolen or damaged during your return postage to us, therefore we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our customer services department by email email@example.com so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact customer services immediately to arrange a replacement. Should this occur, we will cover additional delivery costs and re-arrange delivery of a new replacement item.
Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within the 12 months after delivery. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Mocielli Ltd, and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. We offer a full repairs service for such items. There will be a small charge for this service, to cover the cost of the repair along with any shipping costs incurred.
